Feminine Spring Sweater

Spring is always the time of year when I fully embrace feminine dressing, more so than any other season. Though I wouldn’t really describe my style as overly girly, I do have an affinity for ruffles & florals. I think the key with styling feminine pieces in a modern way is to pair them with something more relaxed to balance out the sweetness.

Cropped raw-hem denim is the perfect counterpoint to this peplum textured sweater and a messy half updo helps highlight these floral statement earrings. I left my winter coat in the car for these photos, but this gingham trench would also be chic layered on top!
