How cute is this!?!?!?

This is Dexter.

Our new family member. We already have Millie who is a border collie cross. Then my parents adopted Dexter from a local rescue shelter recently. He's gorgeous. However he does highlight for me how important it is to help rescue shelters re home.

He was abandoned but we believe he hadn't had a happy home before that.

All the dog wants to do is cuddle and be affectionate with everyone. Which is really sweet....although somewhat annoying when your drinking hot coffee!!! hahahah! He gets on fantastically with Millie and everyone in the house.

It makes me so cross to think that someone would just get rid of him. He has a wonderful life here. My parents are extremely good to their animals. Dex has a warm bed, animal friend, space to run around in the garden, walked constantly, fed, watered and fussed all the time. He couldn't have a better place to live.
