Dima Bilan for Russia 2012?

I had been waiting for this rumour! Dima Bilan is rumoured to have applied for Eurovision 2012 for Russia. Not alone, not with Sergey Lazarev but in duet with Yulia Volkova, of t.A.T.u. fame.
