Pink Panther Water Decals 

Today's review for Charlies Nail Art is on some super cute Pink Panther Water Decals. Hello again and I hope you are all good. I'm slowly getting back into painting my nails and blogging again. For £1.00 you get these Pink Panther Water Decals, that have a nice variety of images. 

I didn't want to power these decals with a plain pink base and thought white was boring, so I did a pink and white smooshing base and I think this compliments the decals perfectly. What do you think?
